External hosting
We host our website with an external service provider. Connection data are processed for the purpose of providing and delivering the website. For the sole purpose of delivering and providing the website, the data are not stored beyond the request itself.
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (the unconditional technical necessity of providing and delivering the "website" service that you expressly requested by your visit) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For the operation of the website, connection data and further personal data are additionally processed within various other functions and services. This privacy policy provides detailed information on each of those functions and services.
SSL and TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. Our website offers the option of contacting us directly through a contact and enquiry form. After the form is submitted, the personal data you entered are processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you gave by submitting the form pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, until revoked.
There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Not providing them means only that you cannot submit your request and we cannot process it.
Right to object
Where your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to that processing.
Unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, processing of your data on that legal basis will be discontinued.
