Hosting
External hosting
We host our website with an external service provider. Connection data are processed for the purpose of providing and delivering the website. For the sole purpose of delivering and providing the website, the data are not stored beyond the request itself.
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (the unconditional technical necessity of providing and delivering the "website" service that you expressly requested by your visit) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
For the operation of the website, connection data and further personal data are additionally processed within various other functions and services. This privacy policy provides detailed information on each of those functions and services.
SSL and TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address line changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Server log files
Connection data are processed for the purpose of monitoring technical function and increasing the operational security of our web host.
The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (the unconditional technical necessity of a server log file as the basic data record for error analysis and security measures within the "website" service you expressly requested by your visit) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact and enquiry form
Our website offers the option of contacting us directly through a contact and enquiry form. After the form is submitted, the personal data you entered are processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you gave by submitting the form pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, until revoked.
There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide the personal data. Not providing them means only that you cannot submit your request and we cannot process it.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are delivered from our own server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is established when you visit our pages.
Consent and local storage
On your first visit we ask you in a notice whether you consent to the use of Google Analytics. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no data is transmitted to Google. We store your decision in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, entry “hm_consent”) so that we do not have to ask you again on every page. This entry contains only your choice and the time it was made and is not transmitted to us. The legal basis is Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (strictly necessary) and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (proof of consent).

Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies (e.g. “_ga”, “_ga_*”) that enable an analysis of your use of the website. This includes in particular pages viewed, time spent, approximate location (country/region), device, browser, referring page as well as clicks on contact options (e-mail, telephone, appointment, downloads) and the submission of the contact form. The content of the contact form is not transmitted to Google.
Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; the IP address is only used to determine the approximate location and is then discarded. We have deactivated Google Signals and ad personalisation. The collected data is deleted after 2 months.
A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Google.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (cookie settings). Further information: Google privacy policy.
Right to object
Where your personal data are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, you have the right to object to that processing.
Unless we have compelling legitimate grounds for the processing, processing of your data on that legal basis will be discontinued.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing.
The lawfulness of data processed up to the point of objection is not affected by the objection.
Right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent already given at any time by changing your privacy settings.
Where you consented to receiving electronic marketing, you can withdraw consent by clicking the unsubscribe link. Processing will then be discontinued unless another legal basis applies.
The lawfulness of data processed up to the point of withdrawal is not affected by the withdrawal.
Data subject rights
You also have the right of access to, rectification and erasure of, and restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Where the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent or a contract concluded with you, you additionally have the right to data portability.
